Holidays are so much more fun these days with Max and Layla. Max gets so excited about everything. I think he begged me to color eggs every day for a week and then in the end I almost forgot about it! We finally did it on Saturday night before Easter-Max loved every minute of it!

| Twenty-four hard boiled eggs but once you start it really isn't enough! |
 |
| Layla woke up at the crack of dawn on easter so I brought he into our room turned on Sesame Street and then dozed off. It suddenly became too quiet so I woke up, as only a mom can do in the absense of noise, and followed the trail of uneaten jelly to to find this blue lipped sugar monster. She was definitely a fan of waking up to sugar everywhere! |

| This is my favorite picture from Easter....his face is classic. He was so excited and as he was looking for eggs he kept saying, "Mommy the Easter Bunny is sooo tricky!" |
 |
| By the end of the day Layla was a pro at opening up eggs and digging into the goods inside-unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture of my kids in their easter outfits-they looked dang cute...maybe someday I will remember to take their pictures when they wear them again! |
